Etch A Sketch Goes Political
These genius ads were created by Etch A Sketch in response to a Romney aide who said the candidate’s campaign was “almost like an Etch A Sketch” that could be swiped clean and restarted against President Obama.
Sales for Etch A Sketch reportedly jumped 1,556 percent after the comments. But Etch A Sketch wants everyone to know they’re apolitical.

Awesomesauce Music: Of Monsters and Men
On of my favorite up and coming bands is Of Monsters and Men, a six piece indie folk/indie pop band from Reykjavík, Iceland. Looking forward to their album, My Head is an Animal, dropping in the states April 3. Below is a great taste of their music.

Q: What makes a great designer?
A: It is so important to be light on your feet, inquisitive and interested in being wrong. You have that wonderful fascination with the what if questions, but you also need absolute focus and a keen insight...

The Danger of Simple Sharing in a Complicated...
I’ve been watching with interest as my Facebook and Twitter feeds have exploded with Invisible Children’s overnight viral video, KONY 2012, which in the last two days has been viewed 7 million times.
The video highlights a long-standing problem in Uganda of a rebel army general, Joseph Kony, who has abducted an estimated 66,000 children and forced them to serve as his army. A...

New Direction for Harley-Davidson
I dig this new direction for Harley-Davidson branding from Victors & Spoils. Though I’ll say it’s vaguely reminiscent of the I’m a Mormon campaign.
